Music Review: One of the Best!

From the uplifting opening of Delerium by Euphoria to the very last note of Milan by Karsh Kale this is a great compilation of international music.
If you are looking at taking the plunge into the universe of music from around the world, then this is a good starting place. I hold back on calling it trance as others have because this is not a typical album in any genre. There are trance elements in a few of the songs, but over all the diversification of sound is simply amazing. This isn't a traditional "World Music" album in that you are not getting the raw, unmodified, sound of an ethnic group. The music here has a beat that you can dance to or just sit and chill to.
I have to admit to being very partial to Issa Bagayogo's tracks on any comp that he is on. This guy is just simply amazing and needs to be insanely famous. I also really like the mix of A Loop in Time on this album. Truth be told - there really isn't a bad track on the whole thing.
If you are an experienced "World Traveller", then this would be a good add to any collection. If you just enjoy good music - you realy should buy this.
