Music Review: They Keep Getting Better

I can't make up my mind if "Revelation" or "Come Together" is 3rd Day's best album. Versatility, Rock-n-Roll, from the heart, thoughtful, transparent, are a few descriptions for this album. I've seen them live at least 8 times and when i saw them on this tour Mac said that when they approached writing songs for this album they wanted it to be the best work ever for their fans. They were dedicated to produce something monumental - they succeeded! This CD is complete and there's no room for improvement in my assessment. It is quintessential 3rd Day! Like most of their stuff, it took me more than a few times of listening to fully appreciate the depth of music and lyrics. It's not full of catchy (quick to enjoy and quick to get bored of) tunes, but songs that once they grow on you - you can never hear too much!
