I have been a behavioral health practitioner for decades, and this CD is one of the best tools in my arsenal. It is much more than music. It is a recording which gently pulls the brain to a quieter state and lets it rest there. It is classical music with no voice or nature sounds, and is best listened to with Seinheiser 515 headphones.
