Music Review: Great Album - But this is a "best of" deal here.

That said, this is actually Soulstance's THIRD release and it is like a "best of" from their two previous albums, "En Route" and "Act On", in that order. I know I was a bit confused at reading the cross over of some of the songs. The Schema label also did that with the "Break N Bossa" series when they made an edition for the US. For example, there is "BNB" 1, 2, 3 and 4 along with a "Best Of" deal that pulls from all of those compilations.

That said, I do have all of Soulstance's albums and this is a fair compilation of their work which I'd highly recommend. The Aftermath of Love, Circle, Kickin' Samba and Truth, Simplicity and Love are all great tracks. This really is an enjoyable album. Their second release, En Route is an exceptional piece and I'd recommend that one as well as this, but I'd skip "Act On", as the best from that album really are on this release you see now. Hope I didn't confuse any more than you may have already been! Get this one.
