This is my favorite of the various "Yoga" CD's played in the Yoga classes I go to. It is calming, seems to facilitate focus, but is not obtrusive. Some of the tracks remind me of Steve Roach. This CD is played by my favorite yoga instructor. It is relaxing and helps me focus, so much so that I can pretty quickly tune out the step class (with loud accompanying base) that is usually occurring downstairs!Music Review: OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!
