Music Review: Best Album from La Ponceña.

Excellent CD, Great Classic SALSA from La Sonora Ponceña. In my opinion, one of their best album if not the best from this band. Luiggy Texidor at his best. Also listen to Luiggy in Bobby Valentin's album MUSICAL SEDUCTION, well recomended.

This original is one of the greatest albums of it's time from Puerto Ricos finest orchestra. La Poncena asthey are commonly known is the most respected, long standing group in Puerto Ricos history. It's easy to understand why when listening as they mix straight ahead, hard driving salsa with sophisticated rhythms
resulting in ample doses of swing to move your feet. This album features vocalist Luigi Texidor at his finest
amongst others and the precise arrangements and piano riffs of Papo Lucca. Numerous tracks were hits and still receive spins at current Tropical radio. A must for
the collection.
