Music Review: Beautiful Music!

Although I have owned this cd for many years (I first used it when I taught preschool 8 years ago), it was only just today that I thought to play it for my 8 month old son who LOVES music. I was in tears of joy by the end of "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" because we were having such a blast "rowing" and "wiggling" and "tickling" our boats. The songs are carefully chosen to be inviting to children and make grown-ups want to move, too! I was extremely disappointed to find out that not only had the cd been discontinued, there were no other albums similar to it. I hope that someone at the Wiggleworms school reads all of these 5-star reviews and decides to put out another cd. Buy it while you have the chance!

Description of Songs for Wiggleworms

Songs for Wiggleworms is a collection of thirty-seven classic and traditional songs; "Old MacDonald", "This Old Man", "Itsy Bitsy Spider", along with one original "Milkshake Song" performed by teachers from the Wiggleworm children's music program offered by the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago. Proceeds from the sale of Songs for Wiggleworms will be used to support scholarships for children who would not be able to take lessons otherwise. It is the School's policy that no one is to be denied musical instruction because of an inability to pay.
