Description of MTV Unplugged: Comfort y M?sica Para Volar
Argentinean popsters Soda Stereo, recorded live at MTV Studios in Miami, are not exactly acoustic as one might suppose from the title, but do project a light touch--somewhere between contemporary and alternative rock genres. There is little audience participation between the eleven songs that feature some psychedelic electronic swirls, cellos, and violas alongside standard rock guitars, as Soda Stereo move through a somewhat limited repertoire. This is an "interactive" CD, with additional content designed to be played both on regular CD players and computer CD-ROM drives, but it proves difficult to get the audio-only tracks on a Mac, and a lot of the footage and graphics are either inconsequential or irrelevant. --Derek RathArgentina CDs
