Music Review: Snoop Dogg - No Limit Top Dogg

"No Limit Top Dogg" is a very good album from Snoop. I will go to say this is not his best. He could definately do better than this. But there are some cut on this album you gotta hear so it is worth your money. Here is a brief summary of each song: "Buck 'Em" - 8/10 - This is a tight track by snoop featuring Sticky Fingaz on the hook. Its definately worth checkin out. "Trust Me" - 5/10 - I really dont like this song I feel the cd could have done without it. But I will give it to Sylk E. Fine she can rap good. Shes the only reason this song got a five. "My Heat Goes Boom" - 7/10 - I think this is a good cut. Its got a cool beat. Its worth a listen. Not the best song on the cd. "Snoopafella" - 9/10 - This is a tight song. Its kind of like Lodi Dodi 2000. Its a little faster than Lodi Dodi with a hook you will have in your head all day. "In Love With A Thug" - 5/10 - I really dont like this song. I think Snoop really need to stay away from songs like this. "G Bedtime Stories" - 8/10 - This song is cool. Its fast and has a tight beat. The hook is cool. "Down 4 My N's" - 10/10 - This is my favorite song on the album. It's the same as the one on C-Murders "Trapped In Crime" but this came out first. So really its Snoop's cut. You gotta listen to this one. "Betta Days" - 8/10 - This is a cool song this sounds like a "Doggystyle" party track. Its cool one of the better cut on the album. "Somethin Bout Yo Bidness" - 3/10 - I really dont like this song. It really shouldnt be on the cd its stupid. "B Please" - 10/10 - Next to "Down 4 My N's" this is my favorite. Its got Xzibit, Nate Dogg so you know its gonna be tight. And Dre on the beat....its a banger. When you hear this song you will be happy you got this cd. "Doin It Too Much" - 5/10 - This song is worth a listen but its really not that good. Like I said Snoop can do so much better. "Gangsta Ride" - 8/10 - This is a cool song with a tight beat and catchy hook. Its also got Silkk The Shocker. Its definately tight. "Ghetto Symphony" - 9/10 - Tis song is great its got everybody in the "No Limit" family on it. The only reason it got a nine is its got a weak beat. "Party With A D.P.G." - 8/10 - This is another tight song. Its like a dark "Doggystyle" party track. Its really good you gotta hear it. "Buss 'N Rocks" - 6/10 - This song isnt that impressive but if you heard all the good songs you could listen to it. "Just Dippin" - 10/10 - Tight!!! The Snoop and Dre reuinion. Dre is on the beat once again(bangin!). This is a tight song definate satisfaction. "Don't Tell" - 7/10 - This is the only slow song I like on this cd. Its with Warren G, Nate Dogg so its gotta get props for that. "20 Minutes" - 9/10 - This is a good song with a tight beat and Goldie Loc. It brings back that "Doggystyle" flavor(as do many songs). "I Love My Momma" - 0/10 - This song is dumb just dont listen to it its onlt like 2:00 anyway. Overall this is a good cd. It worth your money for "B Please, Down For My N's, Just Dippin" those are some great cuts. I will say if you are a big "Doggystyle" fan you might wanna get "Tha Last Meal" instead of this its tight.
