This is the remastered, complete 10 disc CD collection with a 120 page booklet plus a new CD. As part the 10th Anniversary Box sets, all the CDs were enhanced along with the DVDs. They are still selling these in Japan as of now but I'm not sure if they're going to make an American release. (When I bought my box set, it had a plastic wrap around it so the CDs shouldn't fall out.)
As for the artwork? We're given a new illustration by Chiho Saito and the individual CD cases' artwork are old images from the show with new textures but some images are new.
The first image on disk one is a new image and uses a light pink compared the last disk. All the images have a flat coloring with roses as the textures. What is, also, interesting in the background of the images, there's the letters of Utena but placed randomly on each image.
In front of the cases, they have same various words and directions. Quite an interesting design and they all seem to be french words so it means that I have no idea what they say. I'm sorry about. On the back, the case is clear to show the disk and every disk has the same exact image with the number of their disk, of course.
The booklet(pink) has the rose symbol(seen in the student council meetings) and both the front and back. Again, pink roses as textures. When open the booklet, you'll have several pages of Japanese text, which helps if you can read it. I can't.
After that, you get titles of the choruses, what episode they appear, color theme based on the duelists, images of the duel and a little duelist posing on the counter. There is also two pages of characters, separating the arcs which are the duelists from Black Rose arc.
Another few pages of Japanese text before getting a music sheet, it might be for the Sunlight Garden. I could be wrong so don't hold your breath.
The next couple of pages have some information about the disks, the show, or both. I can't tell but I know the later pages might be notes about the movie. Finally, you get information about the new disk's songs with Chuchu leading the way. Towards the end of the book, they have images of the old soundtracks inside picture frames before giving lyrics to the songs.
Overall, the box and the CD's have a lovely theme of pink.
This a good box set for people, like me, who did not previously owned the original soundtracks. There are a few sites that selling these from 12,000 to 16,000 yen (120-160 US Dollars). Like I said, I didn't own the previous soundtracks so I can't make a comparison in sound but I can give the general information on the CDs themselves.

The last disk is, from what I heard, the bonus remix by the director, Kunihiko Ikuhara and it stands very good. I liked it. However, there are a few people who didn't like the CD at all but I guess it falls on personal tastes.
For the most part, the songs are techno remixes of previous songs. They are not really "new" but rather remixed for the lack of a better word. They wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't multiple songs in a single track! Though some of them are just one song so it's ok. I think.
The first track has three songs in it and carries the same theme for all three. All tracks have their own theme the songs fit quite nicely. From mambo to samba and Hawaiian. They were even nice enough to give us two "The Absolute Destiny: Apocalypse" (Zettai Unmei Mokushiroku) and "Missing Link." Well, "Missing Link" was only a few seconds long but it's the thought that counts.
The length really depends if they are multiple songs or not. "Club Mix" (Track 8) alone is over fifteen minutes long! For the most part they range from two to seven minutes.
I do apologized for the lack-of-detail review, here but later I will add more as needed.
