If you enjoy running to cadence, this is a good buy, They are easy to understand and help get you pumped up for a good run. The cadences don't flow from one to the next as smoothly as I would like but still rythmic. A good buy.Music Review: Rangers lead the way!

My son uses these CD's to stay motivated while working out- I have to say, they seem to do the trick- but it's funny that sometimes at the grocery I find myself humming some of the tracks...Music Review: Nice

Fun to run with. Keeps a good cadence except for transitions in between songs. If resorts back to the ranger song every time. That part gets old but the rest of the CD is awesome.Music Review: poor sound quality and incomplete cadences improperly segmented
