Music Review: Ruben great singer...Poor production

It is unfortunate of the poor quality of this CD.We all witnessed the quality of Ruben's voice on American Idol. Sadly the quality of the production is poor. If you listen to the quality of Luther Vandross version of the song, there seems to be a symphony playing on his rendition.What is Clive doing with the money? Lining their pockets with this CD War?It is obvious by the comments made pitting Clay and Ruben against each other.Comments made like...Buy 2 Clay CD's?,..Is that because if you buy 2 CD or more it appears that Clay was the favorite? This is so funny.Clay was eliminated in the preliminaries. America voted in Ruben & Kim, the judges brought back Clay on the WILD CARD show. Clay is NOW America's favorite? It is funny... why didn't all these people who are clearly purchasing all these Clay CD's vote for him before he was eliminated?Ruben was the front runner throughout the season. Now all of a sudden Clay is the favorite? That says to me,.. we LOVE YA, we voted for ya but not to WIN..huh?Consequently the recording executives are making BIG money and laughing all the way to the BANK.After all the dust settles and Ruben is no longer affiliated with these producers, who clearly don't have his best at heart, I hope he will be re-signed by a team of producers who delight in his talent, who will produce songs that promote his vocal talent, and not continue in this RACE war.There is no need now to suggest Ruben is not a good singer by record sales... it is a underhanded attempt by people who can not accept that Ruben was annouced the winner. Apparently the recording executives are monopolizing off of the split by promoting both CD's together.Take a LOOK at the majority people who are Ruben supporters and take a LOOK at the majority of Clay supporters isn't it obvious?The bottom line is they have a 2 different music styles. The people who enjoy Clay's style will purchase his CD & vice/ versa.What is the real underlying BEEF? Hopefully, next year the producers will set a criteria for the show. Select a team of professionals and select the artist or artists they want to promote. Separate the different styles of music. It is obvious that the public has decided who their winner is...by the separation of the CD sales.Last year Justin was not allowed to release his CD until after Kelly Clarkson CD was allowed enough time to record sells to prevent distractions.I wonder why is OK this year to allow these distractions with American Idol Ruben Studdard?How many contest have you noticed that the first runner up has been promoted with equal or more press? Miss America contest...professional sports....presidental race?..not one of these races have we promoted the winner with the 1st runner up, after the WIN? I wonder why this is happening with Ruben?
