Music Review: Ask My Guitar, Please

Handyman been thinking about RB, and that worn LP of "Roy Buchanon" sitting up in the attic.
I will brag and say I was the first kid on my proverbial block with this album in the stacks.
Caught a mid 70's concert in Boston and wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew it wouldn't be smoke machines, makeup, spandex.
RB perhaps the hands-down oddest "guitar hero" in the annals of blues, rock, country music history.
More of a Guitar Ghost than a Guitar God but little does it matter.
Stick the same Telecaster, same amp, in ten great player's hands and hear ten different approaches, ten different tones. Blindfolded I could pick RB out of the litter,a few bars in.
Roy's approach and tone that of a man possessed. There's just no way to squeeze much more out of guitar than RB did.
This album is a fine "sampler" of all that RB could do.
