Music Review: Not Bad, Worth a Try

I downloaded the mp3 to give this a try. The dramatic moaning that happens in the crowd is a little distracting and funny, but if you let go and keep at it, this definitely does something. I've done LOTS of breathwork training and never had the ecstatic or paranormal experiences other people describe, but I definitely can feel the build up of prana and the cleansing of the system that comes from this kind of practice. My only complaint is that I think the "climax" comes too soon, at about the 30-minute mark, and I need more time to build up the prana if I'm going to "go there," I think. When the CD is under $20 and a typical breathwork session runs $150, I say why not give the CD a shot.
