Music Review: Not what I expected

A delightful music assortment for background music is a mind and body setting. I could not find an application of the music within my Qigong practices. Some Qigong systems use a slow and steady flow of precisely timed notes to set a tempo for the exercise. This soothing music sometimes shifts into a lively lilt without warning. Not a bad CD for a soft studio background ambience, but may not be well suited to incorporate it into Qigong practice.
