Music Review: Simply beautiful

This soundtrack is charming, intelligent, energetic, and reminds me of the film (which I love). A single, simple piano song winds it's way though the movie. Sometimes played beautifully, sometimes not, sometimes grandly, sometimes quietly. My favorite scene in the movie is Kiera standing on a cliff with her eyes closed, just experiencing the breeze and the glory of nature. The song that plays during that scene (titled Liz on top of the world) is just brilliant. I can't imagine a nicer thing than a bubble bath, a glass of pinot, and this soundtrack soothing my jangled nerves.Music Review: Soundtrack - Pride & Prejudice

A most beautiful soundtrack to a visually beautiful movie. The piano of Jean-Yves Thibaudet is quite superb (he comes to Sydney soon for concerts at the Sydney Opera House), and the music is the most uplifting movie score I've heard for ages. The one criticism I would offer is the fact that the order of play on the CD is not in sync with how the music is used in the movie, and so you can't necessarily follow through in the proper order in your imagination. However, that aside, it's a really lovely musical experience, and very evocative of the movie itself.Music Review: Couldnt be Better

I Must say that "Pride & Prejudice" Has taken my under a spell. This movie is fantastic. It has got to be one of the best love story's of all time. The music that goes to the movie is perfect. Absolutely Beautiful! Ive watched this movie so many times its crazy. I am the kind of person who buys a movie and watchs it once. But i cant get enough of this movie. After searching for the soundtrack i finally found it on here. Any other music in this movie... and it wouldnt quit be the same. Beautiful moving inspiring beautiful classical music performed by an excellent pianist.
I love this music.It's really reflects the feelings in the movie, which by the way is my favorite movie ,performed by my favorite actor Matthew Macfadyen.
Music Review: Soothing memories

I recently have developed an addiction to anything Jane Austen, especially anything to do with Pride and Predjudice. While I prefer the A&E production as opposed to the more recent verison, I prefer this soundtrack over the A&E verison. The lilting melodies bring back memories of the movie but are also very soothing after a hard day at work. I listen to it on my way to work to peacfully begin my day and then on the way home to relax my mind after a long day. I have enjoyed listening to the piano forte solos "immensely" (Jane Austen's influence).
