placebo brian moloko the soul of placebo with his interesting voice and poetic lyrics this album rocks man it really really does it has everything a debut album should have the catchy single "nancy boy" "teenage angst" to get you interested in the band and if you've seen the video for "nancy boy" then you know their visual stamina is as good as their songs with layers to moloko's writing it's impossible to let go of this album saying that i don't think it's as good as "without you i'm nothing" but it's still a fantastic no billiant debut album with catchy pop/rock/kinda/punk/glam that's rolled into one and what you get is placebo
classic debut when that dirty word "britpop" was ruling the airways thumbs up to placebo for doing something with distortion and not going with the trends and make yourselve's a britpop you rule"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
