The soundtrack to "Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End" is great! This is an great score from Hans Zimmer. It's more subdued than "Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest", but, still an interesting score and an interesting listen.

Music Review: One song missing, still amazing!
Rating: 5 Stars

I am such a huge fan of Hans Zimmer and he certainly didn't disappoint my expectations.

one song i think was missing and i have searched everywhere for is the song that plays in the backround when ***SPOILER!!*** someone in particular dies and Jack Sparrow whisks someone else away from the Flying Dutchman along with Jack (the monkee) and you hear a very sad song in the backround. that one is by far my favorite and i feel was missing in the master piece.

if i am wrong, please let me know. Overall, love love the soundtrack

BRAVO!!!

Music Review: a great score from Hans Zimmer....
Rating: 5 Stars

The soundtrack was exciting with it's action sequences, but also with it's love theme. The love theme was my favorite I guess, and I enjoyed the way it was woven throughout almost all of the tracks. My favorites would have to be "One Day," which is the most moving of the whole album and "Up is Down," for it's playfulness. But overall it's a good listen, even the strange "Multiple Jacks" track. The vocals on the soundtrack don't seem out of place, and go well with each sequence. The At World's End soundtrack is definitely worth having if you love movie scores.

Music Review: A Climax That Didn't, At Least Musically
Rating: 2 Stars

I loved the trilogy overall. Reviews of "At World's End" were disappointing, but I thought it was a good movie that ended the series well. I really liked the first soundtrack, loved the second, but was disappointed with the third. Some of the segments were too soft to hear well, others were too disjointed. It seems like the score kept trying to rev up to an exciting and powerful climax, but fell short before achieving the effect that "Hello Beastie" pulled off in "Dead Man's Chest". "Drink Up Me Hearties" almost works, but not quite...

Music Review: Classic & Poignant, Pirates Concludes with a musical bang
Rating: 5 Stars

I loved the score for the 1st Pirates movie and I was disappointed in the score for the 2nd, but in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, Hans Zimmer has exceeded expectations. I found this score to be powerful, refreshing and classic. There was much less of the percussion and electronics that drove the score to Dead Man's Chest and much more orchestrational work. I liked how Zimmer took the song in the first track and made it the main theme of this score, while incorporating themese from the previous 2 films. Well Done.
