Music Review: If you're into this sort of thing...

This is a meditation that seeks to connect the user to God through her spiritual center. If you're not into holistic therapies, this is NOT the product for you.
If, however, you are into that sort of thing (as I am), this is a good CD. Kathy has a soothing voice, and the guided meditation is helpful. A couple things that could be better: I wish she allowed more time during the initial relaxation phase, and the music toward the end of the CD is a bit cheesy. Overall, though, I'm glad I bought it.
I have a difficult time with meditation, but I'm sticking with it, hoping that it will become easier with practice.
