Music Review: Paramore Live!

I think it's great that nowadays artists and bands release their live concert both as CD and as DVD. Because I have never heard Paramore live, I couldn't wait to hear this CD. I loved the album "Riot!", so I had big expectations for this. The beginning promises a lot. "Born for This" is a perfect opener for this live concert. You can hear clearly how the audiences sings with Paramore. "That's What You Get" is one of the greatest Paramore songs I've heard and that's even better live! The whole CD/DVD includes great live performances but something's missing I think. It seems that the slow ones "When It Rains" and the acoustic "My Heart" are too much together. Although I have to say that I prefer this acoustic live version instead of the studio version in their debut album "All We Know Is Falling", its place could have been somewhere else. "Decoy" lights up the fire again. I wonder what is this track. It doesn't exist in their two first studio albums. The rest of the live concert is very good. Even the peaceful moments don't distrurb me. In fact, even "We Are Broken" and "Hallulujah" sound better in this live concert. Just great! "Misery Business" is a great concert encore. They play only four songs from their debut and ten from "Riot!" - maybe they should have played songs like "All We Know" and "Whoa" too. Anyway, keep on rockin'!

A little over a year after the release of their critically acclaimed2007 album 'RIOT!', Franklin, TN's Paramore has, as their hit single
