Music Review: Hmmmm An interesting CD...

There are some definete *GREAT* songs likd: Hide myself in you(An interest technoish song), Cry Holy(also another interesting song full of odd arrangements and vocals), power in your hands(A true pop worship gem), Jonah(a nice guitar driven poppy song),Here in the Light(Not the best here, but still worth listening to!! I like the harmonica!)Precious(A beautifull slow song, well suited for Pages voice),and Darkness into Light(A nice midtempo track, good melody my personal favorite[ixnay the nananas :P]. Good ending to an album).

The only tracks I did'nt like alot were: Heart of Hearts(Not a bad song, just a little oversacharine), True(Same as Heart of Hearts),and So Not About Me(An interesting ska-ish song I like it, but once again its a little bit to sacharine for my liking).

So some of the tracks could have been left off, but then I guess this only would have been and EP...But hey! Nothing wrong with that!!! Besides those three tracks mentioned this albums pretty *GOOD*. It took a *little* getting used to, but after about the 3rd listen I couldn't get alot of the songs out of my head!!!

Paige has a definete Rock Chick sound in here voice(A little like Alanis Morrissette, but in a *GOOD* way!!!)and I think IF and WHEN she gets COMPLETE control of her/God's music career she'll make a REALLY *GREAT* record. This is a decent debut, and I am *GLAD* I bought it. I bought it NEVER hearing ANY songs NOT EVEN a SNIPPET of ANYTHING on the CD.! So yeah I was disapointed at first, but if YOU ARE TOO give it A COUPLE more tries it may just grow on ya!!!

I expect *GREAT* things in Paige's future as she grows as an artist I *HOPE* she loses the poppy sacharine part and does what God wants her to.!

DEFINETELY check it out though!
