I got the CD because I wanted a way to move stagnant energy from a room. I've very pleased with the CD. It is unobtrusive in the background,yet works really well, especially over time. I often turn it on and leave it on while I'm not there. I have not used it with headphones as a meditation, only to clear space.Music Review: Excellent Sound

I would highly recommend all of Synchornicity's Cds. They are well worth the money. It is more than sound. It is entrainment to balance your Brain, your innerself and the world around you.
