Fantastic Just like they kicked in what should have been.
Good to find out that I was'nt the only Dolls fan.
Just Like I've said before they were ahead of their TIME.
Are they still? Well not for me LOVE it. Record another one.
Dont Know what to call it but just fun Rock'n'Roll.
Just as good as the first two.
Gave my first one away just because, bought another one try it again.

The Album Captures the Raw Sound Of A Band that has influenced
Countless of others:Kiss,Poison,Cinderella,The ramones etc etc.
I really would Advise you to buy this Album its chock full of
great songs,Fun,Sleazy,Sexy Raw Rock And Roll.
Its About Time That a Rock band should sound like this without
being overproduced!!!

This is the album of the Year, much of it sounds as if it was recorded in 1974 - The Dolls are one of the few bands in history to be able to go back in time and recreate what everyone loved best about them in the first place. The best songs are 'Dance Like A Monkey' (when I first heard it, I thought it was a lost track from Too Much Too Soon!) and "Dancing on the Lip of a Volcano'Music Review: Docked One Star For Calling This A New York Dolls Record

What we have here is a mediocre David Johansen record. Its better than Sweet Revenge and Here Comes the Night but not as good as the eponymous debut or In Style. And a New York Dolls record? Not even close. It sounds absolutely nothing like the two classic Dolls studio records. You can live without it. Go try to hunt up a copy of David Johansen Live It Up instead.Music Review: New York Dolls 2006

I wanted so much to like this CD. I was the first person to buy their 1st record when back when in another land and I still play them when Im in the mood.Got all the solo stuff and Thunders solo stuff too.Even though a few of our friends are not around now I would think the new musicians would play in the style of. In other words Mr. Thunders is missed hear,,,,RIP
