Music Review: Finally a good night's sleep

This CD goes on and I go out. I have struggled for years and taken many "sleep" drugs.....to no avail. I made three changes in the bedroom 1. Switched sides of the bed with my husband 2. Turned off the TV (always thought I NEEDED it) 3. Started listening to nature sounds. Rain, Thunder and the ocean work best for me. The Bliss CD is in my top three that I listen to. I'm sleeping very, very well now.
