Music Review: They Started This Gangsta Shhh...

N.W.A.'s greatest hits is a must have if you're a fan of gangsta rap. You can see today how many rappers who are inspired by this group. Favorite songs has to be "Gangsta Gangsta", "Straigth Outta Compton", "Express Yourself", "If It Ain't Ruff", "I Ain't Tha 1" and the list goes on. If you're a true rap fan you probarly already got this or "Straigth Outta Compton" , but if you're new to hip-hop this is a great album to get to know Eazy-E (R.I.P.), MC Ren, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre and DJ Yella.All of them had succesful careers after N.W.A. splitted, maybe not Yella but his album is definitely worth checking out, he shows some love to Eazy-E. Ice Cube wrote most of the songs (from Straigth Outta Compton). Dr. Dre is one of hip-hop most important producers rigth now. I've said enough. Just get it, if you don't got it. Gangsta rap at it's best. pure class.
