Music Review: OMG! Could this be any better?

1) Pop! Everyone knows this song. It's great, but yet the worst on the cd. The beat box is the best part. This song lets you know straight from the begining "What we're doing is not a trend, we've got the gift of melody, we're gonna bring it to the end" and with this Cd, 'N Sync proves it. Cool song Justin!

2) Celebrity! this song ha sa weird little beat thing going to it. It's a whole new sound and hard to describe. They use older slang which younger fans might not understand, but I guarentee they'll still be feeling the beat and get the meaning. Add on another point for Justin!

3) The Game Is Over! This one contain a sample from pacman! how crunked up is that? I mean, it's just crazy enough to work! This song makes you want to dance from the beginning, just try not to do some kind of movement during the entire song! And with great lyrics too My favorites are "Take it personal, 'cause i did when you cheated on me" and "Heads I win, Tails you lose, 'Cause you don't have the right to choose" OMG! JC did such a great job!

4) Grilfriend! This song has more of an r&b hip hop feel to it. But it still has the same great vocal talents 'N Sync always brings to any track. This one was written by Justin and inspires the typical teenie swaying and head bobbing! Gotta love it!

5) The Two Of Us! This one is bugging me right now because I can't figure out where I know the beat from! But it's another one where you automatically know the lyrics and aftre a while you find yourself singing along with out even realizing it! Nice JC!

6) Gone! OMG! This song always makes me cry. It is the sweetest ballad I have ever heard in my life! No matter who you are you're going to feel the pure emotion they put into this song! This song puts Justin on my top list of song writers. Trust me, if nothing else, download this song! You won't be sorry!

7) Tell Me, Tell Me...Baby! My favorite part of this is the beginning where they start to play #11 on this cd, but JC stops them with "Hold on, Uh, You know what? Can we back it up just a little bit?" and then they start in on this amazing dance beat! and the vocals! They sound like 'N Sync, but with a little twist, you know? Just a little something special that almost makes you check the CD to make sure it's them! Great lyrics too!

8) Up Against The Wall! This song is great! Written by both Justin and JC, it brings two step to the US! You can't not dance to this! And the "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the cutest one you saw? she's underneath the disco ball, disco ball, disco ball. Standing next to strobe lights, dancing hot, looking tight, the freaks sure do come out at night, out at night, night, night, night" part is pure genius! If this song doesn't become a club hit not only will I be surprised beyond belief, but I'll never visit another one again!

9) See Right Through You! Chalk up another point for Justin, 'cause this song is another where you just can't help singing the chorus! I love the lyrics, I love the beat, and i love the vocals! My fave part of this one is "Tell me girl what's his name, What he do to take you? Does he freak you the way that I do? 'Cause you know that I know how to" it just seems so unlike anything 'N Sync would ever sing! It really shows their growth as a group.

10) Selfish! Brian McKnight produced this, and JC wrote it! Great combination there! it's a sappy ballad, you've gotta love it. The lyrics of the chorus kind of follow in the footsteps on It Makes Me Ill from NSA, but they get so much better! "Selfishly I'm in love with you, 'cause I've searched my soul, and know that it's you" how can you not melt?

11) Just Don't Tell Me That! Another angry anti-gold diggers song! Well good, the girls have had enough anger, it's about time men got theirs out! I love this song! Really cool beats and lyrics, I'm almost mad at 'N Sync for making this cd so good!

12) Something Like You! Justin, how do you do it? That's two songs you've written on this cd that reduce me to tears! It's so sweet. This song will definitly be someones wedding song. It's so sweet! I swear, you cna get cavities off of this! The lyrics go "Something happens when you look at me, I forget to speak. DSomething happens when you kiss my mouth, my knees get so weak. Could it be true, this is what God has meant for me? 'Cause baby I can't believe, that something like you, could happen to me." Tell me that isn't one of the sweetest things you've heard! Something happens to me when I listen to this song, I just get this goofy happy look and break out crying! Although it doesn't come anywhere cloe to Gone, if you have any romantic side to you whatsoever, you'll love it!

13) Do Your Thing! This song has a greta positive message that everyone will want their kids to know. It's all about just doing what you want, inspite of everyone esle's ideas, just do your thing! Make your own dreams come true! This one just gets better each and every single time you hear it. I'll admit, when I first heard it I wa slike "good, but not the best" and now I just have to put it on repeat! Just watch, after hearing it twice, you'll just be walking down the street and all of the sudden you start singing it! It's such a great song!

Also, on a version I had flown in from the UK, there are two bonus songs.

1) That Girl (Will Never Be Mine)! This is so good! You wanna sing, you wanna dance, and you have to hear it again! It'll always leave you wanting more of it. On this song they really seem to get the plight of fans. He/She is a star, but I love them! Everyone says it won't happen, but it has to be possible! with lines like "Can't explain, I never thought I was gonna lose my head, and call me insane, there's got to be a way", ""Tough luck, she had to be a star, when i'm just same old me", and "How can I get next to her? Now tell me how it's gonna be done. Will I win or lose this one? Don't care about the fact that she's in a different league. They say it's no use that I try, that girl will never be mine" it instantly goes straight to the fans hearts! Don't know who wrote this, but major probs!

2) Falling! Chris did such a great job writing this! It's another ballad to just get you in the heart. My favorite part is "Girl what have you done to me, to make me fall so desperately? To think that I don't even know your name..." it reminds me of my frist crush, and will make everyone out there just sit there, I scream at my little sister when she tries to talk during it! Get the import!
