I agree with DJ this is a horrible CD, I received it yesterday and listened to it last night when I went to bed. It gave me a headache. The sound is just like a radio station that's not tuned in properly, that horrible hummm. The sounds are no way soothing or healing, only irritating. For $16.50 the quality should be much, much better. I'm returning mine & hopefully Amazon will refund the money I paid.
