I am absolutely thrilled with this Series by D. Wagner! Ive been trying to learn meditation for a long time and I think Im finally doing it!
I find the instructions very easy to follow; and the voice is very calm and soothing. The Music compliments it very well- I find other recordings a bit too distracting with a lot going on.
Every time I find myself drifting into a very deep and still place, time flies, and I feel very at ease afterwards. I also find that the more I practice the easier it become.
Best of all, meditation practice does work and help, since I started practicing more regularly I feel more centered and not so vulnerable to the stress at work.
Believe me, these days is very needed!
