Music Review: An excellent CD for relaxation

I have purchased a number of different relaxation CDs and this is by far my favourite. The tracks merge sounds from nature (sea, wind, dolphins, birds etc) with calming music and the tinkle of wind chimes. I know my description may not make this sound relaxing, but you have to hear it to know what I am talking about. It invariably stops my mind from racing, and even helps me relax so I can sleep at night. The CD is accompanied by a small booklet which explains the journey that the CD will lead you through, and describes the kinds of visualisations that are designed to accompany each track on the CD. The booklet is filled with colour pictures which are fuel for the imagination. What I like most is that you are able to guide yourself through the meditation. There is no voice-over disturbing the natural processes of my own mind, so within each imaginary realm I am free to do whatever I find most relaxing on that particular day. It also means that the content of the CD does not become stale and repetitive, so I never tire of listening to it. I hope you find this CD as helpful as I have.
