I bought this CD thinking it would be good background music for a Native American theme dinner party that I am planning. I may still use it for that, but once I listened to it fully it isn't exactly what I had in mind. (Canyon Trilogy Native American Flute turned out to be exactly what I was looking for for that, actually.) But this CD is wonderful. It is easy to listen to, calming, soothing, and relaxing. I had it playing while I cleaned house and did the daily chores and it was like a massage for my mind while my hands and legs were still active. It just has a very pleasant sound from beginning to end. Perfect spa music. Great to listen to when you are in the middle of a stressful day.

Actually... I think it should go in the car so that at the end of a very heckteck, fast-paced day we can swing by Starbucks, grab a steaming grande of Tazo Calm Herbal Infusion, kick our heels off, and destress all the way home. Perfect music to mentally debreif to. Have the recorder nearby so we can record our racing thoughts and let them go. Great music to read to, or do crafts to, or write in your journal to, or give yourself a home-spa treatment to: Fill the tub with hot sudsy water, light a few candles, grab a magazine, and sink down into the lovely relaxation. Aahhhhhhhh... who cares about dinner; who wants chocolate ice cream?
