His timing and phrasing are excellent and you can tell the mele are played with much aloha and respect for the tradition. This is wonderful Slack-Key music taught and played in the real old style. I love it. I have the book containg the music and TAB and the cd of full arrangements of all the tunes. This is a very complete package for ones' listening and learning pleasure.
