Music Review: soothes my baby right to sleep

I bought this cd to become part of a lullaby cd rotation. My husband and I were tired of the other lullaby cds we had, and we thought a little variety was in order. Well, things didn't work out as planned ... this is now the ONLY lullaby cd we use. Our five-month old always falls asleep by the third song, and my husband and I never tire of listening to the beautiful music. This cd receives our highest recommendation.Music Review: There's something magical about this CD...

I definately consider myself more right-brained than left-brained, so understand that it is difficult for me to call this CD magical! HOWEVER, this CD consistently lulls my sleep-challenged 18-month-old daughter to sleep in about 15 minutes, where normally, she would fall asleep in sometimes 2 hours! If you're desperate for salvation from marathon bed times, give this CD a whirl -- it just might work for you too!Music Review: This CD is wonderful! I love it as much as my daughter.

When my daughter was born she was having a hard time falling asleep at night. I bought 6 CD's of lullaby music. This one is my favorite. The music is varied, international, soft and soothing. There is a peace that comes from the music on this CD. I would find myself rocking her even after she had fallen asleep so I could listen to the music with her. It is wonderful. I love this cd. It's international flavor gets you thinking about all the places you'll want to take your baby when she gets older. Baby Hazel hears this music and knows it's time for bed. I have many other lullaby cds and I go to this one every night. If you are tired of the same old lullaby songs, get this, you won't be disappointed. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because one of the songs is a bit loud.Music Review: Great eclectic mix

I was bored with all of the standard lullabies, and I was looking for nice mellow music with different sounds from around the world. Something I would enjoy listening to also. This CD was really nice...I wish there would have been a middle eastern or indian song or two, but there's a nice worldly mix. All of the songs are gentle and good to listen to just before bedtime with my 6 month old daughter.
