Music Review: Perfect gift for parents of young child

For those who don't know, Los Lobos del Este de Los Angeles are one of the finest rock bands in history. They are also among the most versatile. This CD has introduced my nephew to real music in a very fun way, and freed his parents from the likes of Barney, and makes good use of English and Spanish. The tike learned very young to ask to hear La Bamba. Not just recommended, this should be standard issue.

Narrator Papa Lalo, Chicano rockers Los Lobos, and a passel of grandkids pile into a Mexico-bound flying balloon in celebration of the grandfather's birthday.
