They are wonderful and help me get into a peaceful and healing meditative state. I alternate one each day and really look forward to this time each day. I have heard probably 20 or so other meditation CD's and this is one of my favorites.Music Review: New Age versus Christian

This CD is not for the Christian. It is definitely New Age, mentioning chakras, energy and auras. These are not Biblical references and can lead to wrong thinking, in my opinion. This CD does not glorify Jesus Christ, our Lord.Music Review: Great meditation cd!

I have used this almost every night as I am going into bed. You can use it awake but I find it helps me dream deeper, sleep sounder and awake with lots of well being. The voice and music are very melodic and soothing. I love it!Music Review: Almost like a SNL parody

Besides starting ever other sentence with the word "so..."
After a while I found myself giggling when she started saying things like "the violet waterfalls release your base chakra.."
I just didn't get it.

I purchased this Guided Meditation CD over the summer and listen to it on a regular basis. Def. give this 5 stars and recommend it very highly. Lisa's soothing voice and guided imagery are superb.
