Saying this is "incoherent noise" would be a little harsh in my opinion,but i'd admit this definetely isnt for all tastes - a certain spirit of "adventure" (or at least an open mind) is in order here to appreciate.I hear a distinct "Japanese/Far East" element to this (not sure what that exactly means),sounds both exotic and intense at the same time.One senses that this artist puts an importance on the silence between the musical passages that increases the dramatics of the piece.I would venture to say that the vocals may be the biggest "stumbling block" for most,as his vocals(wailings) are at times all over the place and rather shrill.Each time I listen to this,im compelled to hit the repeat button - that says something, doesnt it??
