Music Review: A perfect mix of imperfections, honesty, spirit, perspicacity and angelic beauty

Julie Delpy did not disappoint me with this CD. Her voice is ethereal yet grounding and the lyrics overall are empowering, angry, funny and sad at the same time. Just like her character Celine in Before Sunrise and Before Sunset, her music is full of honest contradictions. That, however, is what makes this collection of songs a pleasure to hear.

Description of Julie Delpy
This French actress started her career almost 20 years ago when she appeared at a very young age in the movie Detective by the legendary French director Jean-Luc Goddard. Since then she has worked with Carlos Saura, Krysztof Kieslowski and Bertrand Tavernier.
