What a treasure chest. When I listen to Bach's cantata's I'm just left awe stricken at the accomplishment. How was he able to punch out some many superlative cantata's so quickly? I've heard cantatas from several others; I started out with Harnoncourts series and loved it despite its idiosyncracies and have heard several of Koopman's and Rillings. All were good but Suzuki with the wonderful sound and timing easily takes pride of place for me.
