Music Review: Great for a 5 and 8 year old with difficulty falling asleep

My son is now 8 and has always had a hard time falling asleep at the end of the day. He has tried a number of different cds for sleeping including the Indigo Dreams Cds and floppy sleep game which have been somewhat useful but he does not like people talking on them. He listened to the Delta Sleep Solution (the first one) for one year with great success but towards the end, it was working less and he wanted a different cd. We tried a number from the library with limited success. However, he took to this one right away and began going to sleep much more quickly. It has been 2 plus weeks and he has been using it almost nightly. When it rains, he doesn't use it as he says it is redundant. His sister also listens to music before going to sleep. She also quite likes it but sometimes it is less helpful for her. FYI -- there is no music -- it is just the sound of rain. It is like a white noise cd.
