Music Review: Deeply sleeping

This cd uses Delta waves, which are known to be used by the brain for deep sleep and rejuvenvation. This cd works and i feel more awake and rejuvenated when i use it. I slept with headphones on and without and it does work better if you have headphones. When I used headphones, I fell asleep on my back (which never happens) and woke up on my back. I never moved during the night. It was amazing.
I also am a preschool teacher and i use this cd when the children have nap time and boy does it work! The children sleep so much sounder and deeper. They sleep for a long time. OUr nap time is from 1-3 in the afternoon and sometimes we have to wake them up at 3:15 or 3:20 to eat snack. It is very calming and relaxing. This cd incorporates music and nature sounds, as well as sounds from space to help bring this wave to life for your brain. These sounds are speed up and slowed down, so the concious mind cannot recognize it, so it cannot dwell on the melody of the piece, which is what can keep you awake with another kind of music. Your mind attaches to the melody and then cannot turn it off. This is a must have CD and you will not regret the money put into this cd. I have a ton of DR. THompson's cd's and they all work wonderfully.
