Music Review: This CD transformed naptime into a pleasure.
Rating: 5 Stars
My three year-old was really struggling with naps until this CD helped her learn to relax. She has always hated rest time and used to spend the time in her bed talking loudly and doing gymnastics, keeping herself awake. After the first few days of listening to the CD at rest time, there was a transformation. Now she gets in her bed without a fuss and is still and quiet, falling asleep about half the time. The music is lovely, the story is sweet and gentle, and the relaxation suggestions are kid-friendly and empowering. I highly recommend this CD for kids who don't know how to wind down and relax (and their frustrated parents!) It is a wonderful way for them to learn this important life skill.
