The CD is great - no surprises there. The packaging is a completely different story. The case was completely crushed and unusable. The CD was not harmed. The packing material provided no protection to the product. I emailed this info to Amazon upon receipt, but never heard back.
If the CD was for me, I would have been annoyed but not that big a deal. The issue was that this was a gift for my eldest son's birthday and now was useless.
I like James P. Connelly so kept the CD but had to buy my son something else.
Several months back I purchased a book from Amazon which arrived with part of the cover crushed.
Now that you know ... what will you do about this packaging problem?
