Music reviews of Blood in My Eye

Music Review: OFFICAL HIP-HOP REVIEWER
Rating: 4 Stars

Hello there all you hip-hop fans that need your daily fix of nothing but pure classic hip-hop beats.
im here to write a reviewer on this ja-rule album "blood in my eyes"

now iv been reading through the reviews other people have left (like i always do) and have notice one review ( i think it's 3rd down )which simply says "ALL JA-RULE FANS ARE DUMB AS HELL" and also goes on to say that the guy who wrote the review and a lot of other people think that ja-rule thinks he's tupac and 50cents the best, people also say and as it says in the review 3rd down "if tupac was a live he'd start (beef) with ja-rule and would side with 50cent and dre and eminem.

first of all i'd just like to say, who the hell do you guys think you are saying 2pac would start beef, know one knows if pac would start beef with ja-rule, and people also say that JA-RULE thinks he's the next tupac.. ..

if you think that ja-rule thinks he's the next2pac and 50cents the best this would indicate that you guys dont like ja-rule because he thinks he's 2pac or is trying to be the next 2pac but let me say to all you 50cent fans that if you listen to "GET RICH OR DIE TRYING" which was 50cents first album, in the song "IN DA CLUB" which was a public success due to the fact it is rather radio friendly you'll of noticed the line where 50cent says " i just want them to love me like they loved pac" now this can either mean the 50cent think's he's as good as 2pac or he is the next 2pac.. .. ..

anyway like "KURUPT" says in "against the grain" album, "50CENTS NOT THE NEXT 2PAC, JA-RULES NOT THE NEXT 2PAC, NO ONES THE NEXT 2PAC, STAY OFF 2PAC, KEEP HIS NAME OUT YA MOUTH, LET THE LEGEND BE"

but it seems you guys cant do that so im going to give the facts and my oppion on what i think would happen if our beloved pac was still with us

people saying 2pac would start beef with ja-rule and join with 50cent and aftermath/shady records, (know this is not me been racist because i my self am a white man) but 2pacs mother and most of his family was members of the group called "the black panthers" which was a oganisation with blackmen only which was against the whiteman and the racial descrimination whitemen had against blackmen in america. so why would 2pac all of a suddlen say " what the hell i'll sign with dre and eminem"

not only that but we all know how 2pac felt about dre after leaving death row records and infact 2pac had "beef" with dre before he died chance's are that 2pac would of not been joining with dre and infact would of probably been against "aftermath records"

also we all know that 2pac didn't like " what some people call a SNITCH" and 50cent has been rumoured to be a police informant on a few occations.

here are some fact to back up my allication

* when ja-rule was thinking about starting MURDER INC which is a record label, one problem stood in the way.. .. .. that was the money it took to get started. ja-rule soon sorted this problem by asking a very close friend which was/is a big drug dealer in QUEENS who was know as a KINGPIN of queens who did not want his name to be mentioned due to the fact of what he did for a living.
soon ja-rule had the money to start up the record label.

on one of 50cents mixtapes before "GET RICH OR DIE TRYING" came out he had song on a song telling every body about this drug dealer and his associates to try get at ja-rule. this back fired on 50cent resulting in him been shot 9times. ( if you dont not believe what you are reading and think my facts are faulse, by all means do some proper researching into ja and 50) another member of murder inc called BLACK CHILD also stabbed 50cent at a later date nearly killing 50cent for the second time, black child is featured in a few of the songs on this album.

if you buy this album there is another murder inc member called big remo who does a solo part on this album, at the end of his solo part he say's " o-yeah, them motherf**king queens bridge ni**as looking for you to mutherfu**er, they heard what ya said. ." this is refering to the kingpin of queens and his associates.

50cent can also be seen as a "PLAYER HATER" people who dont know what this means, it is a word people use for someone who is jelous of the money someone else is making, actions like stealing someones jewellery ( a chain or watch or example) we should all know that 50cent had stolen ja-rules chain in a fight (could he not afford his own!?)

also hussien fatal is featured in a lot of the songs on the album, for those who dont know who hussien fatal is he's a ex member of THE OUTLAWZ which was 2pacs group, you same notice hussien fatal for rapping after 2pac on 2pacs song "HIT EM UP"

hussien fatal and 2pac where close friendly and when pac got sent to prison hussien fatal and kadafi (another member of the OUTLAWZ) was the only people who went to see pac on a daily basis

in this album hussien fatal rapps the lyrics " 50 YOU THINK YOU GANGSTA, YOU AINT NOTHING BUT A PRANKSTA, PAC WOULD NEVER ROLL WITH NO SNITCH WANKSTA. "

people have also been saying that ja-rules not gangsta, i dont think he is but i dont think he is always trying to be.. .. so he's not rapping about shooting 100 nig*as and walking away, so what if he has non-hardcore songs, 2pac had songs like "baby dont cry, brenda's got a baby, dear moma" all of these song where far from hard-core, whould you say 2pacs not gangsta because of these song? would you say 2pacs a [...] because if you do please let us all know your oppinons because i am possative a lot of people would have a lot to say about someone calling 2pac a [...]
now this review has been so negative due to 2pacs name been brought into.

people who'd like this album.. ..

if your a fan of the eastcoast hip-hop like MOBB DEEP THE INFAMUS then i think you'll enjoy this album, it has a dark flow to alot of the beats but great lyrics, you may need to go on the internet to get your hands on the lyrics but once you have em there great to rap along with
this albums not like the other ja-rule albums but still a great album and if you want to hear ja-rule side of the "beef" with 50 then this is the album for

people who wont like the album.. .. .

50cent fans.. .. .

i have seen itz going for about $1, why not buy it. i think its worth about $10 maybe a little more

Aussie exclusive edition of 2003 album features 21 tracks including a bonus disc with 7 extra tracks, 'Intro To Murder Mix', 'Holla Holla', 'Mesmerize' (feat. Ashanti), 'Thug Lovin'' (feat. Bobby Brown), 'Murder Reigns', 'Clap Back', & 'The Crown' (feat. For all those who care about Ja Rule's beef with 50 Cent, which at this point is quite possibly nobody, Rule wastes much time on Blood trying to settle the score. Considering 50 Cent has been ripping Rule to shreds for the better part of 2003, battle cuts like the catchy Scott Storch-produced "Clap Back" might be justifiable. However, Rule uses more than half of these tracks to air his 50 Cent gripes. In a music climate where rap-on-rap violence is no joke--and on an album that clocks in at only 45 minutes--that's a problem. When "The Crown" opens with a great sample from Afro-conscious reggae artist Sizzla, it seems like a welcome if temporary respite from his unresolved G-Unit issues, but that's not the case at all--it's just much of the same. And why would a man who's been dissed as a Tupac mimic enlist the talents of Pac homie Fatal Hussein on four tracks? Committed Ja Rule fans looking for those signature hip-pop collaborations he's taken to the bank before won?t find them here. --Dalton Higgins
