Music Review: The Best Japanese Group You Never Heard!

IZ is Emiko Moriya and Rika Shinohara. They're Yin and Yang. Sweet and Sour. Rough and Smooth.
Emiko's smooth silky voice coupled with Rika's saxophone like growl is UNBELIEVABLE! Add on to that some solid production and you have a MUST HAVE disc.
These two aren't the processed, bubble tea, teeny bopper, anime music you're used to from Japan. This is REAL Japanese R&B music.
The title track, Love Drug is a bass heavy reggae infused GEM! Cyber Judge also stands out with it's techno feel. Show Me Tell Me, Emiko's solo is flat out beautiful. The only low point on the album is True to Myself. It's an obvious reworking of a very popular TLC tune.
