Music Review: I would give 20 stars if I could. Seriously.
Rating: 5 Stars
This is my go-to gift for new parents. I've used it with both my children (one 7 months one 2 1/2) and they are AMAZING sleepers. Since 3 or 4 months old they both slept through the night and take abut 2 hour naps. I attribute a lot of that to sleep training, but a good percentage to this CD (particularly track 8). I was skeptical when I had my first child, but after using it for a week and seeing how much it helped her sleep, I was a convert. The white noise not only comforts the babies, it's drowns out A LOT of ambient noise which was a lifesaver when we were co-sleeping and then later sharing a room while waiting to close on a house. The door opening, floorboards creaking, mattress squeaking or whatever -- all drowned out by this CD. Miracle! We still use it for both our kids (the older one when there's a party or something that might wake her at night) but the baby all the time. I know you can download white noise, and I've tried some of it -- but I just burned a copy of this when my son came along and used that.
