The Headstones with Hugh Dillon were a great Canadian band, which is/was somewhat underrated. Now out on his own Hugh Dillon delivers yet another great experience in a form of this Works Well With Others album. The general mood set in the album is somewhat lighter if compared to some of the Headstones' albums/songs and their often piercing anger, but with the 'lighter' tones come more sincere and gripping lyrics. The music is catchy, the lyrics are gripping and bone deep personal, and in the end one can listen to the album over and over again cherishing the experience.
Outstanding piece of Hugh Dillon's musical talent.
