Feather on the Breath of God, an extremely touching series of compositions from Erin Jacobsen (co-written and produced by Rob Whitesides-Woo) was born out of the artist's love and devotion to God. The amount of beauty on Feather on the Breath of God is overwhelming - Jacobsen poured her heart and soul into this recording and it shows. Piano, lush synthesizer washes, flute, guitar and angelic choir vocalese are the main components to this music, which floats airily along much like the feather being described in the title. Among the highlights of Feather on the Breath of God are "Song for the Lord" and "The Last Supper" - two tracks which both display Jacobsen's intimate and emotional compositional style.
