Music Review: Heart: LOVE ALIVE (2005)

In 2005, Heart released, yet, another album entitled, LOVE ALIVE. This album is a compilation that features some of Heart's overlooked singles, and some songs that were never released as singles, but were favored by Heart. This album is not that bad, but it could have been better. I guess it's because I want more songs added to it, but you can't cry over spilt milk.
BARRACUDA
From the album LITTLE QUEEN (1977). Great song. Still a classic.
LOVE ALIVE
From the album LITTLE QUEEN (1977). This song is this album's title track, and it is not one of my favorites.
SAY HELLO
From the album LITTLE QUEEN (1977). Never a single, but favored by either Heart or the fans. Great song.
SWEET DARLIN'
From the album BEBE LE STRANGE (1980). This was never one of my favorites, and why it was added here is beyond me, for this song was a pretty big hit.

This album is not among Heart's greatest pieces of work, but it's still a great album to have in your Heart collection. But I must warn all '70s Heart fans that there are not too many of your favorite Heart songs on here. But buy anyway to make your own opinion because I don't speak for everybody, only myself.
