This is the Dead's second album, and for me my favorite. It really is a mind changer and what I love about it is that it lacks all the things regular songs have...the songs don't even have melodies.. Anthem of the Sun is a collage layers of sounds and combining live music parts and studio parts too make a tottaly stellar album, very acid rock buy today
