Music Reviews of Glee: The Music, Volume 1

Music Review: AWESOME Soundtrack!
Rating: 5 Stars

This soundtrack is so great. It, like the show, covers a WIDE range and variety of songs from classics to show tunes and more! The Glee version of Somebody To Love is one Queen should be SO impressed with! I highly recommend this soundtrack and the second volume as well! For anyone who was a member of a show choir in highschool in the late 70's you will absolutely love love love this CD!

Music Review: One of the best CDs Ever! You need it - now! :)
Rating: 5 Stars

I love this CD. I just got it a few days ago and have already played the whole thing atleast 10 times. The singers on it are sooooo talented. It's def. a fun, refreshing CD. If you have kids - you need to get them this CD right now. But, it's an album for anyone really with old favorites. Looking forward to more volumes coming out!

Spread some Gleeeee! :)

Music Review: Sad Season 2 is over... from the Biggest Gleek there is.
Rating: 5 Stars

The two soundtracks are the best out there. The kids can sing that is for sure. These soundtracks inspire me in ways that I can't believe... as a jaded older person who barely watches TV I am glued to that show, DVR it and hate when it is over. I love both soundtracks, get them both! I am a true Gleek who never cared about Glee Clubs until this show!

Music Review: Absolutely Awesome.
Rating: 5 Stars

I was captivated by the very first show, especially the cover of Journey's Don't Stop Believin'. Our entire family loves the music. I especially like the fact that the glee version of some songs are not as explicit as the original versions, and that I can enjoy the music (such as Gold Digger) with my children without being embarrassed!

Music Review: eh... *shrug*
Rating: 3 Stars

So so. This album probably wouldn't sold half decently if it weren't 1. named Glee, 2. priced lower than the mp3 album. I should've bought the individual mp3s of the songs I actually liked. The others were, well, umimipressive. Nice vocals, I have to say, just not quite the style I could've anticipated when I bought it.
