I had heard one of George Winston's songs online, and after that I knew I had to buy this cd. I love every song on here, and love each rendition of the Christmas songs. I had a December/Christmas wedding and I had this cd played during the seating of the guests. Everyone loved it and I got many compliments on it. This is my favorite of George Winston's Seasons and my second favorite of all his albums, eclipsed only by Linus & Lucy. It has new music and new takes on classic carols and traditional pieces, including Pachebel's Kanon and the Carol of the Bells. Get it. Listen to it. You'll feel the snow falling, the fire crackling, and carolers singing even in the middle of Summer.Music Review: Excellent!

Excellent timeless music by new age pianist George Winston. One of my favorites. New Age does not have any oldies. One of my newer discoveries I would also recommend is Ola Gjeilo with Stone Rose [Hybrid SACD]. An incredible new talent! I absolutely LOVE this CD. Every Christmas at least one of my friends or family members receives a copy as a present. It's wonderful to listen to with headphones, in the car, or as background music at your holiday gathering.
According to the reviews, this CD has received all 5 star ratings except for one 4 star. You can't argue with the masses!!!

I have been listening to this particular title since it was first produced on cassette tape. I have bought it 5 times because I either give it away to bless someone else or someone else steals it. It is family Christmas tradition with my 5 kids to start playing it at Thanksgiving into January. Very comforting, peaceful listen. George Winston is incredible.
